By accessing and placing an order with QuestPDF (Marcin Ziąbek CodeFlint), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Terms Of Service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and QuestPDF.

Under no circumstances shall QuestPDF team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if QuestPDF team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

QuestPDF will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

Products

All products and services are delivered by QuestPDF. You can access the QuestPDF library package through the NuGet website.

Support

We endeavor to deliver top-notch products and superior customer support. There are several ways on how we want to improve your experience:

- by increasing test coverage and fixing bugs,
- by improving the documentation (keeping it up-to-date, providing more detailed examples, templates),

Payments

QuestPDF does not process any order payments through the website. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the library after the purchase, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases.

Changes

If we change our terms of use we will post those changes on this page. Registered users will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the terms of use.
